1. About GEX 2026

GEX 2026 (Guitar Experience) is organised by INDOGUITARSHOW for 20–22 November 2026 at Lippo Mall Nusantara, Jakarta. Visitor entry is free. Any material changes will be communicated; exhibitor arrangements remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.

2. Visitors

Visitors are welcome to browse the website and attend the event free of charge. Venue rules, security checks and staff instructions apply on site. We may refuse entry or remove anyone who endangers others or disrupts the event.

3. Exhibitor accounts

Exhibitors register accurate company and contact details, or arrange an offline booking directly with the organiser. Keep account credentials confidential. Registration, application approval and payment verification do not by themselves confirm a final booth location; obtain written confirmation from the organiser.

4. Booths and payment

Booth prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) during registration. Selected locations are preferences only and do not reserve a specific position. Pay by bank transfer using the payment reference and upload proof. Payment verification is separate from location confirmation.

All website floor plans and shared map images are provisional illustrations, may change and may not be to scale. Displayed positions, dimensions, access routes and allocations are not confirmation of a final location. Obtain written organiser confirmation of the agreed location, dimensions and installation requirements before committing to booth construction or logistics. Material changes to an agreed arrangement must be communicated and handled under the exhibitor agreement and applicable law; this notice does not remove those rights.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, changes and refund requests are handled under your exhibitor agreement and applicable Indonesian law. Contact the organiser if an agreed booth arrangement changes or cannot be provided. A provisional-layout notice, payment verification or use of this website does not waive statutory rights or by itself establish a blanket non-refundable payment policy.

6. Content rules

Content you publish on your exhibitor page must be accurate, lawful and free of infringement, hate speech and misleading claims. We may edit, hide or remove content, or reject an exhibitor, to protect the event and its visitors.

7. Changes to the event

Safety requirements, authority instructions, venue conditions or force majeure may require programme or layout changes. We will communicate material changes to affected exhibitors and address their agreed arrangements under the exhibitor agreement and applicable law. A general website announcement does not by itself override an individual agreement or statutory rights.

8. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, the organiser is not liable for loss of or damage to property brought to the venue, nor for indirect losses, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes and governing law

Updated terms will be published here. Updates do not retroactively remove agreed exhibitor rights or rights that cannot be excluded under Indonesian law. Any required agreement to material changes must be obtained separately. Indonesian law applies, subject to mandatory dispute-resolution and jurisdiction rules.
